If i follow your thought, then i meet every game 2 to 4 ppl in those 3%, where are the 97% others ? No way, there are too much cheaters in that game, and you're one of them.

look red, I see you literally posting that someone cheats on literally anyone who is half decent in this game. Not everyone cheats, some people are just naturally good.
And I am not even that great, top 3% at best. Wait until you meet actually good people.
