2. majority of the people who used Firefox and chrome have not experienced any problems while using Nile
3. all year 3 and 4 students use Nile everyday or few times a week = show commitment to work
4. most year 3 and 4 students have good experiecnce with Nile and are using chrome or firefox
5. all year 3 and 4 students are aware of all Nile features
