i have no idea whats happening 10/10

The concept is very unique because there aren't many games where you're manufacturing medicine. BUT, the way they executed this idea is pretty boring. It feels like there's no reward for constant grinding. There's nothing in the game that exactly makes you strive for actually working hard. Let's compare Big Pharma to a similar game, Factorio. In Factorio, EVERYTHING is up to the player on how to build and the sheer scale of it all is quite impressive.

Nice idea, bad execution.
