One of the best games ive ever played in my life. Played it with my mate online and it was impeccable. Ive played a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of games and this tops literally everything ive ever played. It keeps you invested from start to finish and keeps you wondering around every single corner. The idea of this game is unheard of, splitting minds and splitting ideas of 2 different people, and also merging them at the same time. Unbelievable game. If you have someone to play this with, Then do youself a favour a buy it instantly, dont wait for specials, buy it full price.. hell, buy it double price. This game is a masterpiece and i cannot say enough about it. 11/10 game.

Unless you're being a dodgy ♥♥♥♥ then theres no reason to worry about the Anti-cheat that people are sooking about.
If youre a fan of the first game, this doesnt disappoint. Has all the same feelings to it that the old one had even with the engine change. Graphics are neat as hell! They actually give you animations to enter each planet, unlike other games that just cut to a black loading screen. Definitely funner with mates, however you can always call for help of other helldivers in session if you get stuck anywhere on your own.

Game is a good time killer, The only issue i have with it is that it doesnt have any sort of saving options. If you only have halfa to kill, dont bother, you arent going to finish the game and youre going to have to restart from the bottem when you load the game up again.

Aus/Sea players DO NOT BUY THIS GAME RIGHT NOW.
There is a chinese botter that is exploiting the invite/party system and consistantly disbanding your private groups and spamming you with invites. If you plan to play with friends on decent ping, you cannot. The only option is vpns, and ping too high to play a currently buggy as hell game.
Devs have been aware of this botter for days apparently.
Wait until an official statement has been released with patch notes to fix this.

Do not buy this if youre in Australia. It auto connects you to Europe servers, then gives you 300+ ping when trying to join your mates game. But the filter settings for server searching only allows upto 300 Ping. So anything HIGHER than 300 ping will not show up, and you will not be able to join your friends game. PoS server lockings is insane, Why isnt it just p2p???
Waste of 2hrs in tutorial and waste of 50 bucks.

This game is a really good game, and has potential to be better. The only reason I'm giving this game a negative review is for its massive amount of random little bugs while playing multiplayer with your mates.

We crashed multiple times over 8 hrs, everytime requiring everyone to restart their game to join the host. Whoever hosts the game is the only person that actually continues their progression through the campaign and actively saves the questline that they are upto, so if you dont have that host playing, you have to start the storyline again.
The crash that ruined the game for us was one that caused 2 of our 4 players to loose half their inventory, and 1 of them loose an item that actually cannot be bought from any vendor, which you require to hack open doors. Both the players then couldnt rejoin the hosts game, and where just stuck on a weird never ending loading screen.

Amongst the crashes, there were little visual bugs, where our entire HUD would disappear from our screen, (sort of like before you would take a screenshot in other games) And you couldnt tell anyones health or ammo, or your own. We had to keep asking whos got their HUD and who doesnt. Sometimes our player circle would disappear from beneath us and half the time we were shooting at each other without realising.
We also kept getting an Audio bug, where it sounded as if someone was out of ammo and continuously spamming their trigger with an empty clip.

Other annoyances include:
Thre is no minimap, Only a radar, which is baaaaadd.. There IS a map in menu, however it isnt easy to read, and you can and will get lost very easily in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a city.

All in all, its a good game, but definitely needs some focus on its bugs, especially the inventory wiping kind.

fIX YOUR GAME ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ME DEAD

Maaaaannnn, I dont know how this game is considered 'Released'. It has so many terrible components I would consider it an Alpha game. Like, I honestly do not know how the devs played it and tested it without finding these game breaking bugs.

5 minutes into co-op and 2 out of the 3 of us cannot switch weapons without loosing our weapons all together. Restart the Co-op campaign on a different host, another 10 minutes in and after a cut-scene all 3 of us have lost our weapons again - to which we discovered the only fix is letting the mobs hit you until you die. My game crashed not 5 minutes later, Ultimately resulting in this negative review.

Ontop of this, this game feels weak. For a game that is supposed to be a fast paced, limb ripping, gut throwing, shooter, your weapons feel underpowered as ♥♥♥♥, (You know that satisfying feeling you get when you headshot someone in any other game and it sounds CHUNKY and GOOD) Well you don't get that.
If you really enjoyed Doom and Doom eternal - DO NOT waste your time here, you will NOT recreate that experience.
1.1 hours in, and I can say this has been a $50 AuD waste.
Don't trust the recent positive reviews, thats what me and my mates did, it was a mistake.
