Alan Wake is one of a kind! It is one the best games i have ever played and i enjoyed EVERY second of it.
It's a psychological horror game which is about a writer who is on vacation with his wife and soon ,he has to face some weird things.
Well, story is absolutely amazing (I LOVED the story). The visuals ,lighting,voice acting,music are pretty damn good!
But the thing here is that either you are going to love it 100%, or you are not going to like it at all!
If you like a deep story,that makes you think about the mysteries that it makes and trying to figure out "what the hell did just happen?",well go ahead and buy this game.
But if you just want a fast paced shooter,then probably you should move on. The gameplay is very good,but nothing special and may get repetitive for some (but not for me).
So,if you are a fan of great stories,BUY it,

Good Game, a bit short though(almost 4 hours long but can be replayed A LOT). You play as a mafia guy shooting a lot of zombies whit a lot of guns and eating a lot of Cannoli :D ! It is very similar to Metal Slung series . The game has local co-op option which is much more fun than plying it alone( still a great experience for single player).

Borderlands 2 is one of the greatest games out there!!! It's a shooter RPG. You will be killing a lot of enemies,searching for loot,leveling up you character,laughing to the funny dialogues,... . You can easily play (& replay) the game for long hours
If you are planning to get this game then buy the GOTY edition.

A very good DLC. Definitely recommened

It is a very fun top-down shooter. You are going to kill lots of zombies. It has enough different kind of weapons,enemies and environments.The game can be finished in 4-5 hours which is good considering it is 19 cents on sales.

Good Game.You control these 2 brothers on their journey and what a journey it is .Gameplay is good,music is nice and the story is awesome.You don't want to miss this game. Buy it!

This game is wonderful. As others has mentioned it is like DS series but in 2D. So if you enjoy Dark Souls definitely buy Salt and Sanctuary

This game is actually very good!
The story is great and makes you to go on and see whats going to happen in the end.
The combat system is terrible:D but i highly recommend the game if you want to play the whole Witcher series and you want to know the story.
