Aged like fine wine. Lara x Sam all the way.

Frankly, still an amazing action-adventure title a decade later; on par with uncharted two; and more mechanically refined than it. Its a beautiful mix survival horror and action elements; the gameplay pace is at valve levels of smart and its story rich in immaculate worldbuilding; a strong central performance and some brave swings at feminist cosmic horror. Like this game goes places I’ve yet to see other AAA games go.

It also really helps that Lara this time round feels like a real person; a fallible and likeable protagonist in which the game immaculately recaptures the power fantasy of a story like this without feeling the need to over-praise the player to ridiculous degrees.

Yeah; I recommend this; as good as uncharted 2 + 4.
