The best Zombie Survival game out there period.

Despite it's isometric appearance and 'simplistic' style that would turn most people off, this game truly has more to offer than in comparison to other Survival games out there on the market currently. I would even go as far as saying that this game beats more 'mainstream' titles such as DayZ, 7 Days to Die, and other titles. The game will eventually receive more promising content with their next big patch dubbed 'Build 42'. It may be a while until we see Build 42, but the developers consistently update the game and keep the community informed about the future of this game through blog posts, and so far it is looking quite promising.

But of course there is more to it than just the promising developers of The Indie Stone. Project Zomboid comes with many interesting mechanics that make the game so compelling, truly bringing awe to the aspect of not only survival but the amount of 'realism' packed into what looks to be a simple game at first sight. You must first create your survivor and give them a occupational background, including positive and negative traits that truly affect your gameplay in the coming apocalypse. There is no underlying quest or story line to follow, your simple objective is to survive for as long as you can. The amount of mechanics and interesting tid-bits are a lot to unpack, but the core mechanic of the game that makes it so amazing is the ability to tailor your own world to what best suits you through the sandbox option.

Project Zomboid is also blessed to have an amazing modding community, which can allow you to further enhance your experience that best suits your own play style. It would be unfair to give this game perfect marks however, because in my OWN opinion; the game becomes much more enjoyable with mods than in comparison to the base vanilla version. However, that is not to deny the quality the vanilla version of the game gives, but once you experience the game with certain mods you will begin to understand why.

Project Zomboid is a game that should receive a lot more love, not to say it doesn't already, but eventually in time with more consistent updates to the game, it will become a survival game unlike any other in the market. The best part is, the game only costs 19.99 (base price) which is absolutely worth it even when it's not on sale!

Even for a super early build of the game, I know for a fact that this game is going to be awesome once it is complete.

I don't usually write reviews for games, but this one made me think that
a review is neccesary.

If you love the classic Fallout games.
Then I encourage you to buy this game.

I find this game to be much more difficult then the original Fallout games, I found myself
dying so many times, to the point where i get frustrated with the game. But thats the catch, its
not supposed to be easy. The game encourages the player to do a lot tasks in order to reach a high enough level
to do the harder quests, and easily beat them. That is what I love about this game, the difficulty of it.

Underrail also has
its own "SPECIAL" system, skill system, and "feats" (Perks). Along with that, their are, of course, character builds in the game. Ranging from an assassin, to a heavy trooper. For those of you who enjoy all things magic, they have kind of build as well (dubbed "Psi").

One thing to add is that their are two ways you can gain experience, through the "Classic" exp system, or the "Oddity" system. If you choose the oddity system, the one way you gain experience is through finding items dubbed "Oddities". Classic may be very obvious, you gain experience through killing, completing quests, etc. I prefer you play this game with the classic system.

If there is any other reason why you should buy this game, it has to be the atmosphere.
Underrail is like Metro 2033, and Fallout combined.
- Metro 2033 since it takes place underground (In the caves, and metro).
- Fallout since it has a lot of sci-fi elements, and other reasons.

If you have the time, or money. I encourage you to
try out the game, if you love the classic Fallouts, then you'll love this one!

Starbound Is Amazing, Period.

Now with 1.0 released,
We actually have some Lore to dig in through from understanding Starbounds vast universe.
And finally some Lore about the Hidious tentacled creature we were teased during Starbounds 'Before 1.0' times.
(And a proper storyline/intro.)


I got Starbound for Early Access and my god.
Chucklefish really had Outdone themselves since the start of Starbound.

I still kind of regret that for my first character ever in this new update was
in Casual mode. In a way I kind of felt left out of the Survival mode scene.

But for those who got this game as of Right now or hell even those who got Early access.
I reccomend that you'd still play on Casual first to get a glimpse on what you might take on before making another
character thats set on Survival.

If you want to Challenge yourself. Go ahead.
But this update has/had (Sorry for any bad english in this Review) so much to offer,
That I decided it was best for me to go Casual first before I hopped into Survival, With some 2nd thoughts in mind though, Along the way I saw some things brand new to me as in new enemies, especially the End-Game boss. (And new bosses.)
So in the end, I am glad I played Casual first.

Besides, it did feel like the older versions of the game anyways which made me feel 'Comfortable'
Comfortable in a way that makes me keep on saying

'This Is the Starbound I come to know and love.'

But anyways.

If you love Terraria;
then you're going to love Starbound.
If you don't love Terraria;
You are still going to love Starbound.

Sure, this might be Minecraft, and a lot of you don't like it.

But you really got to play this!
