I have put hundreds of hours into both Overwatch 1 and Overwatch 2 and let me tell you, with the never ending stream of awful changes Overwatch 2 having more than 5% positive reviews here is generous. Here is a short list of blunders.

• Fire system taking 9 months to return
  
• Re addition of stun
  
• Constant content drought compared to other F2P games
  
• Forgot to add the whole reasoning for the 2 in the title
  
• Characters being locked behind grind/battlepass (most new characters are META)
  
• Bugs that take forever to be fixed by a TRIPLE A dev studio usually game breaking
  
• Never added a way to turn off being back filled into a match
  
• METAs last so long that comp gets super boring
  
• Scuffed fake PVE with none of the promised character trees
  
• Micro transactions could get its own essay

But hey at least I get to have my face spat in by blizzard as I hope and pray for good and enjoyable changes while I sit and watch in awe as my hopes and dreams for the game to get better get crushed each and every time without fail... for free none the less.

So unless you like or want any of the things mentioned above I don't think I can recommend Overwatch 2 to anyone.
