He have 580 hours played in last 2 weeks, 2 weeks have 336hours but you can overcome with a program.
He link to youtube and other social webs, but no links to steam profile from this websites.

Maybe can be a scammer building a "good look" profile to scam people. Just remove him and, in case you have proofs he is ascammer, report him.
