I loved playing dota but struggled from crippling depression. low confidence and self doubt due to my weakness as a computer gaming addict to dota. It sure is a great game, or was a great game...

After the new sh1tty 7.00 update i have completely given up dota from my life
and right now I am new man at this very momment.

I pursue a degree in higher nutritional studies, go to church every week and pray, swim laps and jog regularly
even socialising actively with a new group of new found friends with the same healthy interests.
Talking to girls has never been so easy now, after opening myself more to the world i never knew.

Thank you Valve for this life changing new experience.
Your new update has been a great positive change in existence.
