Started off slow, but then I found my groove once I got the hang of building and I found my preferred weapon. I was just going to play 2 hours, then I played 11 hours after meeting and teaming up with a great mortar crew and together we helped our team almost conquer an entire hex territory. Difficult but rewarding, I'd highly recommend!

This is a fun and interesting introduction to a space survival game. It's a more serious version of Breathedge so far. I'm in love with the design of the summon vehicle, top tier space car/coupe. My only gripe with the game is that certain tech and build-able items in the game don't always show up on a scanner and require you to face hug in order to detect them. Some critical resources are hidden off in a corner with no context clues about where they could be. Other critical compound resources cannot be crafted and items will despawn if you open a box and don't loot it before uninstalling. Some really useful tech is almost indistinguishable from the environmental trash and wrecks that loot the screen. The narrative is interesting though, and the building philosophy is a bit weird but fun to use. Batteries are far more useful than solar panels but there are way more tech options for solar panels. This is a work in progress and I am interested on where it will go.

Holy smokes is this game addicting! There are aspects that are mildly frustrating, but all your problems have solutions and techniques to mitigate damage. Even so, you can decide to make risky decisions and either profit or get punished for it. ALWAYS save after salvaging! I've lost 20k in game just from failing to do this one thing. I'm a pilot, and this game scratches every itch I've wanted from a spaceship game. Planning, skilled flying, beautiful views, gambling, treasure hunting, engaging"weather" phenomena, and a rewarding upgrade system. Definitely worth your time and money!

This latest patch has restored my hope in this game. closing in on 700 hours in game and this course correction was very well done. It wasn't perfect, but I'm feeling that I've got close to the same power as what I had at launch. That said, the game feels plenty challenging, especially on the bot front. The limb health booster will be extremely important this patch! I just wish that the 180 countries can be let back in the game, other than that, I'm happy with the changes. Still don't like the Breaker S&P though.

Overall, I've had a lot of fun playing the game and building everything. The Easter egg hunt for all of the technology and collectibles, while frustrating at times, is a lot more fun when you get better mobility and oxygen tech. My only criticism is that the game feels slightly disjointed between the first and 2nd half of the game. All of your hard work you put into upgrading your suit and your base is essentially wasted unless you make fresh tools and bring a lot of suitcases into the 2nd act. You then play an arguably different game in the 2nd Act where you essentially do a bunch of running puzzles to find upgrades to your mobile base. Then you go into the 3rd Act and abandon the ship you just finished upgrading to doing exclusively running puzzles. The story and jokes were solid and hilarious, the art is amazing and they really nailed the feeling of vulnerability you would feel being a shipwreck survivor in space.

it's a fun sorting game, music is great, low time investment but you can play for a long time.

Okay, once you figure out how to enter the alien ship, the game becomes enjoyable. Animal lovers... don't play this game. Channel your inner murder hobo, and kill the animals; the crog for late game, but the phase sprite in particular (you must kill it and harvest its organs). I also think that weapons do comically low damage in this game. It isn't impossible to win, it just takes FOREVER to kill enemies like the corrupted and right now weapon upgrades don't do anything. Science is the only thing that can save you. Do not, use anything other than sparkstone and resin (maybe gravite?) for mineral research and don't use anything but bloom crystal for crystal data on the research data because those are plentiful and supposedly regrow. It is a pain when you run out of important minerals and crystals (especially polykite). You must make a farm in order to keep up with the bio data, it is the only way. I had to make the game extremely easy to figure out how to win, now I can go in and play the game on normal and maybe hard. They need to increase either armor effectiveness for the hero or increase weapon damage because there is no way to win the last battle with those baby damage rolls. I had to cheese most fights and it sucks. Overall it's cool, I just wish that scanning told you about possible useful components instead of just "you gained bio data", would have saved me a lot of anguish.

I'm having lots of fun with the game. There are a lot of extra micro controls that I wish were automated (like target light or heavy armor, or target ranged), I hope that there is a more dynamic conquest mode where I could choose where to strike against the bugs instead of being stuck on rails. Horde mode or maps where I'm able to build a large army would be appreciated. The small team missions got old after the 2nd one. Overall though I'm having a good time, lots of room for improvement though.
