This game isn't worth full price, but it goes on sale often enough. Modern Railshooters with this much story are uncommon and it does a good job. If you play a lot of rail shooters it's not super difficult, even on the harder settings but it makes up for that in charm. There's this one bit that can make the game crash, but like if you notice you keep crashing at the same spot you can tab out of the game right before and wait a sec and you should be able to progress fine. Lot of fun and if the *visuals* in the game trailer thing on the store page appeal to you, the game does deliver on it. I haven't got any of the DLC, and tbh the game doesn't need it, mostly cosmetics anyway.

TLDR: Get it on sale, don't play it around other people.

You can tell by lookin if this is gonna be the game for you, it excels in what it offers.

While the ideas expressed in this game aren't entirely new it was well done. The poem crafting mini game was an intersting of handling the affection statistic. I look forward to seeing more things from this deveoper in the future.
