do yourself a favour and get dxvk and fusion fix. dxvk fixes the stuttering and improves performance by using vulkan as a compatibility layer for dx9. fusion fixes too much to list its insane. aliasing is still a issue but you can use dldsr or amd equivalent to mitigate it. one of the best gta games ever made
