Dead game

Highly disappointed. The game is lifeless. It's not worth 60 EUR yet.

Heavily early access. Game is not fun, no real physics, no axis for clutch, no proper force feedback. It's just boring, feels cheap. Badly optimized. I played less than 1 hour and it was more than enough to realize how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up this game is.

Dear Reader!

My review will split into two parts, one is about their discord server, other is about the game.

Some basic info about my past with the game:

My first encounter with the game was a trailer, that showed an action-packed game, with a lot of opportunities.
After the game has been released, I noticed this trailer disappeared from steam. I decided not to buy the game, but after months I only read positive reviews, and I loved the concept, so
I bought the game 14th of October 2020.

I'll start my review about the things I experienced on the discord server.

The server is a playground for some moderators with a mental disorder of excessive power strivings.
If you decide to join and say something they don't like you will get moderated, there are no guidelines or valid rules they do anything they want, you can easily be moderated for saying a criticism in a diplomatic, non-toxic way. Verbal self-defense is useless, it will get you banned, even if facts are on your side.
Strong censorship is present on the server. Messages randomly get deleted, mostly if somebody is unhappy with the game's development.
Warnings from the moderators often contain passive-aggressive and vulgar terms.
They allow themselves to say sexual references, and they are going to do it.

Personally, from a publisher as big as Movie Games, I would expect much more professionalism.

Yes, the actual developer team has no contact with the community on Discord. The people you see with the Dev role are mostly employees of the publisher, they are just there for no reason.

Let's talk about the game.

It is enjoyable and fun for the first 10 hours, as you level up you will start to feel the emptiness.
You will realize that you spent your precious time running around and distributing products. It's become monotone, you will have a large amount of cash, that you can't use, because there is no proper game economy. You will endlessly wait for the next patch, that brings positive changes, but you will feel disappointed because the developers won't listen to the community.
Hundreds and thousands of suggestion have been made on how to improve the game, clever and wise suggestions I might add,
but the community's wishes found no listening ears.

It's been a very depressing experience for me.
Sadly, I can't refund it anymore.
Please instead of buying this game, spend that money on something, like chocolate you like. You deserve it, but you don't deserve the suffering this game causes you.
