I grew up with Return to Treasure Island back when I had it on VHS. I never dreamed 30 some years later I would be playing a game that used the cartoon art from the movie. The game is crazy and fun and addictive, I played it for 2.5 hours somehow in one sitting! The only gripes I have are the fact that nothing is explained and you kinda have to figure it all out or look up an FAQ, the other major gripe would be that I got stuck in one level on a really good run and had to restart. Other than that the music is awesome and the game play is just insane. Basically you run around shooting pirates who drop upgrade items and you keep running through levels till you hit a boss. rinse repeat, there are allot of little interesting zones within each level, from an item exchange to a bar full of pirates and rum. Honestly even if it's just for the memes it's super cheap and more fun than you probably have had with a full price game recently. :3

Did you ever see the movie Water World with Kevin Costner? Imagine that movie with some Raft, 7 Days to Die, Subnautica, and Rust mixed in and you basically have Sunkenland. If you like survival games with diving, building, and shooting then I would say this game is a good mix of all three. Even in this early state of the game there is allot to do and explore with several islands and sunken areas, different types of enemies, lots of interesting clothing, furniture items, an assortment of tools, weapons, armor, different boats including a jet ski, and best of all CRABS!

If you love a slow burn abyssal horror with interesting characters, a deep story, and an incredible art style this is a game you want to experience.

Wow, just WOW. I was not expecting the feels from this game. It's a neat little explore for sure and all the little touches add up. I don't want to spoil anything just take it easy and experiment, if you find the flute your doing it right. Not a long game but it doesn't have to be. Only real complaint I have is once you catch enough of a thing they don't show up anymore. Other than that it's a must for any fan of "experience" games.

First off the game looks beautiful, the screen shots do not do it justice. If your looking for a very chill experience and wonderful atmosphere this is a must have. The game is an interesting mix of garden building and random junk placement, sounds kinda out there but as an example you can put a car down and plant a seed on it and as you put more stuff around the seed it grows till it produces a fruit or something which gives you more seeds to plant. I was honestly expecting a short experience but the levels just keep coming and they're mostly unique. The only levels that seem to be kinda similar are the seed levels when you get a new plant which isn't bad just could have been more of a larger level for each. After some of the levels you unlock more environmental parts and junk to use in the creative mode (I have not tried this mode yet) 10/10 across the board though, even having only played over an hour as of this review I can't wait to go back to it.

You'll have more fun than a dwarf in a cave.

An amazingly atmospheric first person dungeon crawler with several underlying lore bits, weapon types, and magic rings. This game oozes with interesting environments, secret areas, crazy enemies, and an astounding soundtrack. I personally love the NPCs I've encountered so far and what tidbits you can learn about them. I can't wait to see where the game goes from here and I hope the developer keeps doing what they're doing!
EDIT: There is a sword that once upgraded has the same feel as the sword of light from the Slayers anime! Can't forget the Moonlight Greatsword equivalent either!!

It's fun, you should probably try it unless you don't like fun things.
