I enjoyed the various mechanics used to advance the plot. It doesn't use fetch-quests as a crutch like some other exploration games. Also, great voice acting.

I have loved this game for a while. The atmosphere is great and it keeps receiving updates.

Makes for a pretty terrible first campaign. Being new to the game, I didn't even know I activated the alien Rulers (didn't know they were part of a DLC, to be honest). I'll remember to turn this DLC off the next time I start a campaign.

EDIT: Now, over a year later, I reinstalled XCOM2 and forgot to delete this DLC before starting a new ironman campaign. This DLC can go die in a hole.

This is a sad, broken game. It has been reduced to a mere husk of its former glory. May all Uberstrikers and PP3Ders mourn the loss of our beloved pasttime. The bells toll as Uberstrike descends into obscurity, burried under the weight of a million poor steam reviews, remembered only by the dwindling userbase and lingering in the memories of those of us who used to call it home. This steam rollout was the last straw, the last of a series of events such as the removal of quickswitch, changing of strafe jumping mechanics, and the addition of glitchy character animations. It is time for us to let Uberstrike go on into the unknown abyss. Let us remember it not in its current state of demise, but by its former dignity.
