Client doesn't start after the tutorial. Just a black screen with a cursor. Tried several versions of proton and reinstalling it. Nothing seems to work and I'm sick of trying.

Its a really cool strategy game.

Any game that causes my entire steam library to crash and be deleted has to get a negative review, regardless of how good it is. Don't buy this game unless if the dev team does some serious cleanup work.

The graphics are ok, not great but ok
I tried to play the game, I really did I just couldnt get through the mouse slowness
Main thing is though, that the mouse feels way too cloudy and slow. In the main menu it takes me almost 5 minutes just to adjust the mouse to get on the "To play" button. In game, it gets even worse, I can't turn around quickly at all even at the highest mouse sensitivity. I compared this to the original dead island and the problem is not there. The FPS is fine but the mouse is just slow as a design choice. I would not get this game unless you like games with very low responsiveness.
