没人发60帧解锁补丁 你们都不卡的吗...转自贴吧
1.游戏快捷方式后面添加-parentIsLauncher -str -npd +jobs_numThreads 0
2.下载http://www.artmoney.ru/
3.下载完后打开软件 打开游戏切出来 在Select process那一栏选择L.A.Noire
4.选择后 点击搜索（search）这个选项,VALUE=改成59.94000 TYPE改成float(standard),点OK。
5.等待完成 点ok，左边会出现几个数值，点击type 下面的 float 4 bytes
打开后 找到 value 把里面的数值改成120 然后点击OK。
PS:原贴最后一步只有一个数值，可能是版本更新问题
每次游戏都需要加载一次这个操作 可以SAVE&LOAD
