Go to "Steam" in upper right corner, Click "Settings" then "Change Password or Secret Question". A pop-up will appear. Make sure "I want to change my password" is selected, then hit "Next >". It will ask you what your current password is, as well as tell you under the Input Box where the email will be sent.
