Risk Assessment and Data Analytics on local flora, September 2019 - March 2020
• The final project for my honours year was to identify the impact and probability of tree-fall events. This assessment would help aid the agency to narrow down high-risk trees for better management.

• Developed a new framework that combines a comprehensive impact analysis alongside some creative individual tree appraisal. Conducted research to identify key harmful-tree related factors in the nationwide analysis of Trees.

• Submitted a dissertation of the work accomplished, research, and findings.

IT Operations August 2015 - December 2015, Insurance
• Interned at one of the largest multinational insurance company. Role was to assist in the day-to-day IT Operations, observe and shadow the head of security.

Adaptive Media Experimentation over 5G Networks Distributed Computing / Video Streaming
• Learned how to use the ”FLAME” platform (Low Latency Distributed Computing) to deployment and manage Service Function machines with ease.

• Experimented with MPEG-DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) and network analysis to ensure availability of services towards end users.

• Integrated with a simple version of a Resource Management Machine Learning model that uses Deep Reinforcement Learning. The DeepRM uses metrics gathered from the networks to optimize job scheduling and off-loading traffic.

SMARTLAB IOT / Data Analytics
• Transforming one of the School’s campus into a ’Smart’ building by incorporating technology with it’s operations.

• Tested a few commercial sensors (e.g. BroadLink, UnaSensor, SenseIt) that captures atmospheric measurements. Configure the endpoints to send to a central cloud-based data collection platform (Google PubSub & Amazon SNS) for data analytics.

• Proof of Concept of an 5G End to End Computationally Intelligent WebRTC service leveraging ORCA’s combined Software Defined approach
