Good game but community is really terrible with people using exploits and just general bad attitude to other gamers. Prepare for seeing the vote kick screen alot as even the minor things will get people to try and kick others.

The community brings down an otherwise good game.

A solid 8/10 from me. Loses points for being damn frustrating at points in 'True Vualt Hunter' mode and the rarity of top tier weapons is too high in my opinion (3-4 play throughs and only 5-6 orange weapons to show for it and thats with alot of farming). Good graphics and solid mechanics with its own 'charm'. Still waiting for the level cap to be increased as lv50 is just too easy to get to.

Update. Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode is basically Gearbox TROLL mode. It is just stupidly unbalanced to the point where its no fun at all. The game becomes a chore to fight even the most basic of enemies. I am all for making a game difficult but NOT unbalanced. Many tactics are void (hit and run due to all enemies have health regen). The enemies do not level to the highest player they overlevel by about 5. Weapon drops are at your level or below. Every enemy is WAY too bullet spongy (takes several clips to down just 1 guy). No fun at all and brings the game down alot.

The game now suffers from being either too easy or too hard now due to updates/patches. Playing the game solo is impossible on Ultimate and playing with others just means they get all the good loot first as they ninja it all. Too much emphasise on the legendaries making the 'normal' guns a waste of time which is a shame with the random generator mechanic of the game and the so called 'Bazillion' guns etc. Without this mode the game stays at a 8/10. With this mode it becomes a 6/10 if played with trusted friends otherwise its a 5/10. I do not recommend it anymore as the many patches and debuffs have made the game boring.
