Ist gut!

nice puzzle game

good game

It's just hilarious. Never saw such a funny movie in a log time. I hope they'll make a sequel.

It's a nice idea, but the movement just feels wrong and weird

It's pretty much like Ghouls n Ghosts just with awesome Viking powers. It's very difficult, it got hidden Items, nice boss fights and cool Visual Effects. The only thing that could be bad are the never ending enemys at some parts of the level.

This wasn't such a detailed review but if you want to get a better view of the game, just watch the Video "My thoughts on - Volgarr the Viking" from TotalBiscuit.

This shouldn't be any kind of advertisment (he doesn't even need this with 1M subs), but I really liked the Video and you could too

First of all this game isn't a real game, more like an interactive movie. If this is good or not is your decision but I really like the concept.
I've played all 3/5 episodes and took about 9 hours now (more aren't released yet) and the game was totally worth for 15€ on sale.

Positive: -The story
-The dialouges
-The fablebook entrys which give you background storys for each character and place in the game
-The reaction based "fights"
-And the cliffhangers at the end of each episode...
Negative: -...which takes long to get continued because one episode takes a few months to release
-The borring detective parts, where you have to search for hints and clues

If you like story based games you should totally buy this one, but ONLY if you don't big and deep gameplay elements.
