I don't remember the last time any piece of media has made me cry this hard. This is an incredibly well-written and emotionally engaging experience.

Surprisingly complex combat mechanics with a really in-depth character/class creation system. The only real downside in my mind is the relatively steep learning curve, but the game modes with large teams is an easy way for newer players to settle in and figure out what they like to play before they put in a lot of time getting good at doing it.
