Fun to play.

Despite being more of a re-release rather than a proper remaster, it still holds up.
Glad to see the servers are populated again.

Worst user interface I have ever experienced.

I play with a controller and the game forces you to keep switching to mouse/keyboard to do ANYTHING. Want to pause the game? Esc on keyboard. Want to then select anything in the menu you just opened? You have to use the mouse. You are required to keep switching between the input devices and you will spend more time doing this than actually playing the game.

The user interface doesnt even work well when you've actually managed to get yourself into the gameplay. It overlaps each other and will literally not be readable, as another UI element is in the way. The result of this is a messy in-game interface and messy menus, making the whole product look like some unity asset(heh) flip.

To add insult to injury, the console versions of the game have proper menus and display elements in the game. Why the devs didn't implement this actual polished, complete, and usable interface into the PC version of the game? It's beyond me.

I can't stand this and will be getting the game refunded.

If you're looking to play a Carmageddon game, this is the one to go for.

car combat is supposed to be satisyfying

A lot of people hate this game because it is not like the first two in the series. Personally, I really like what it is and thoroughly enjoy it. Especially the afterburner!
