I am using I5 4460 and GTX 960 4GB, it can keep the FPS between 45-60 after unlocked the FPS.
Before unlock the FPS, it locked at 30 FPS.
That was done very bad in optimize, very disappointed to PC gamers.
But the story is excellent.
