A fun, over the top platformer. Humor on par with the likes of Disgea and Bastion. Has that rad feel with a in your face punk attitude. Fun. Game is meant for entertainment thats appealing to the electic wild side.

Every platformer has it's qurks when it comes to controls. You might find the jumps a bit over powered or the term "floating" comes to mine. Easy to adjust though.

Worth the price, and if on sale double worth the price

if you are into the adventure, non open world, story telling game. The graphics are beautiful and well worth the money. The story is built toguht and enjoyable. I am a cuasal gamer and recommend this game.

Game play is basically a button masher with combos. The play does repeat itself, but not terribly mind numbing.

Cutscenes are well put together and enjoyable to watch.

8/10, well worth at full price or better on sale!!!

The Review:

I actually enjoy this offering from Cranktain. Honestly, I don't play for long periods of time becuase I think I could probably complete this wthin an hour or two. It's fun with sometimes funny man made meows. I don't get hung up on the puzzles to much, but I could see how this could become challenging. I can see how some people would not enjoy this game. Take it for what it is, a great m ini game inbetween your full on games that you are playing. It's like a break from the norm for me.

Music is in the wonky, Disgaea type flow. It's light hearted.
Game play is what to be expected, basic controls and the tutorial if you need it; is easy to understand.
Visuals are very 70's meet the present trpe feel.

Enjoyable

Orignally played on the Xbox One, made the switch due to the fact I rather be on the PC.

PRO:
RUNS well on a fX 6300 / R9 280 Sapphire 3gig
Match making quick and fast
Most players work together or atleast finish the game
90% of players, low salt, 10% high salt aka try hards
Smooth, excellent play and controlls
causal is just that, causal which most know

cons:
Kill cam, due to netcoding
shield guys, really a pain in the arse more than a con to be honest
map - limited amount but this will expand overtime
play modes

OVERALL:

I really do enjoy the game, if UBISOFT Montreal continue to build formt his, the game will turn out well.
I recommend this to those who like a slow pace shooter with quick moments. Its not for the run and gun players

It's not terrible and the amount of reviews for hackers seem to be in the past. Worth it for what it is, and what it may become if it ever gets out of the mighty, Alpha hole.

People are complaining about the split in games. One going the way of PVE and the other going the way of PVP through Battle Royal. I think its a good idea. It seems there is a line between the players, those who play PVE don't seem to play battle royal to much and that goes for those you play battle royal. Plus if you buy the game before 19 Feb 16, you get both. People cry, boohoo. They can focus on one part of the game, polish it, and move on to the other part. Seems legit.

I will play it for the fun, but I truly dont expect to much. As far as price versus play versus expations, I give this a thumbs up. I like it better than Dayz.

Ok so I only got to plY Mybw 10 mins while on my lunch break. Those ten minutes was legit fun. A new concept on a R-type gameplay. I recommend for those who love side scrolling with a twist gameplay. FUn ways to go about attacking the enemy. Ways to evade are fresh. 10/10 amazed at what I thought would be an overplayed, poorly done conecpt.

Sam Lilly covers the game well. Its a 2d master peice which is fun and a little over the top comedy involving fart jokes

Classic graphics, classic one hit kills and skills. I do really enjoy the throw back gaming. THing is, if you are into the graphics or the new school ways, then this game may not be for you.

Cake is a lie, the machine is not your friend. DOn't develop feelings for the AI, like I did and at the end, you will only hurt.
Great follow up to portal one.

I try, I die. I try again, I might make if a few steps farther and die. I love a good tough game. IF you want a game to hurt you then this game is just for you.

FIrst, at launch, the game was playable but sloppy in quality. Now a days, the game wors just fine and it's enjoy able.
