Good game.
Great art style and fantastic music.
The biggest problem for me is the performance.
Fps ranges from 144 to 35. This is almost unplayable and really frustrating.
I hope this gets fixed.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. A really unique extraction shooter.
The setting and the lore is awesome.
The graphics, the sound and the music- incredible.
The gameplay is fun and exciting.

BUT, and this is a really big but.
Since the 1896 update and the engine upgrade i feel somewhat disheartened / disappointed about the game.
Don`t get me wrong , there is a lot of great stuff (new map,reworked old map, graphics, sound and some reworked mechanics). But that makes the bad stuff even worse.

- Graphics upgrade- bad performance, graphical glitches, stuttering and the had to remove skins because of shading issues (they fixed it but still, what an oversight).
- New UI - really bad design, confusing and not even everything is here yet ( Hunter lore, weapon lore, monster lore). This was clearly rushed.
-Engine Upgrade- i thought this would make it easier for the devs to fix bugs and get rid of some problems that plague this game since forever (server issues, rubberbanding, trade window, crashes etc.). Well, no. Every update/ hotfix something breaks ( Mouscursor Bug). might not be game breaking but it is annoying.
-Upcoming addition of CROSSOVERS ( GHOST FACE)- WTF!? I thought this was a joke, honestly. I hope this is a on time thing .

Hunt Showdown 1869 is a great and most of all, unique game. It is great because it`s not like all the others, who want to be the next CoD or Fortnite. It should play to its strengths. Lets hope that Crytek understands that.

For now, i am giving it a thumbs down.
I love this game but i don`t like the way it is being handled right now.

Very good game.
Looks good, sounds good (amazing music), feels good to play.
Big levels with a lot of secrets.
I am looking forward to the third episode.

Man, what a cool game.
I was hesitant at first but then i bought it on sale and I don`t regret it.
The whole look of the game is just fantastic. A really cool idea.
From a gameplay perspective it is more like a "streamlined" Escape From Tarkov ( e.g. matches last only 25 minutes, much simpler health system, you can`t go prone ).
Then there is the the whole part with the Spaceships and the escape pods, which is also a really cool part of the game.
The game is not dead and I hope the Dev`s keep at it.

Very cool idea. Very Early Access.
If you played Escape From Tarkov , then you know what to expect.
If not, well, this will be a bumpy ride. Some kind of Tutorial would be nice.
What I really like is the fact that there seems to be no time limit for the raid. Instead (most of) the extraction points are always changing. The whole character management, with all the traits and attributes, seems interesting too.
Gunfights with AI and other players are rather slow but intense.
My biggest problem is the performance right now. But that`s Early Access for you.
I am definitely going to stick around, to see where this is going.

I am a fan of Warhammer and "Boomer Shooters. So this must be an awesome game for me, right?
Well, it looks and sounds good and it feels nice to shoot stuff.
But the level design and enemy placement (and some enemies tbh ) are really bad and annoying.
On top of that comes the atrocious performance (stuttering,slowdowns).
I really tried to finish it, but this is way to frustrating for me.

The highlights of the game are Story, Graphics, Sounds and the Music.
One of the few games were the story and gameplay are not disconnected from each other like, for example, the Uncharted series were you kill hundreds of people but storywise you are still the shining hero. I think it`s called Ludonarrative Dissonance or something. Some characters react really shocked when you kill someone. A nice little detail.
I had a few performance issues but nothing game breaking.

This is amazing.

WOW, this game is awesome. It looks cool, sounds great and the gameplay feels very good.
And the awesome soundtrack is just the cherry on top.
I am very excited for what`s to come.

I really love the graphics and the sound design ( especially the soundtrack).
Gameplay wise this game exceeded my expectations. With many Weapons (which can also be upgraded), expansive skilltree, many different enemy types and even good boss fights.
I played this game on hard difficulty and i have to admit this was quiet the challenge. Which is a good thing.
