Dino designs are cute, but man the gameplay is just so- so frustrating and repetitive. Theres a few bugs here and there and the controls are a little jank as well.

UI fixes that would be nice:
- Action icons only appear for the action you are pointed at not just in the general area. use little white dots to denote that there is an action available to take
- Pizza popups occasionally do not entirely move onto the screen, obfuscating the recipe. This usually happens when animations are paired with timers and not positions.
- Throwing the first day in without any instructions made me think the game was broken from the get go- some more story or context clues would be nice

Story wise:
- Would be nice to have those lines be spoken during gameplay rather than just at the start and end of shifts. It would make the repetitive game play more fun as I can at least look forward to characters interactions
- D-did you guys VOICE the dino gibberish?! you guys are mad! please consider using more of it in the game somehow. its cute!
- The pacing is slow! Buying upgrades dont really fill any feelings of progression between each day because ingredients dont necessarily unlock pizzas, and character upgrades exponential costs mean you dont get to get an upgrade every day!

And lastly: Trexito's stress levels affecting his movement speed is a neat mechanic that doesnt seem to be fully realised. I dont know if this was your intention but the fact that being stressed causes you to be a more efficient worker probably isnt something you want to potray, even if you say- risk burning out and becoming very slow. It kind of rewards intentionally stressing your character. I kinda feel bad doing that

Overall cant recommend, its not really a short experience and it lacks the joy of something you'd want to just play every so often. Not even enough cute dino antics to warrant the buy, but the characters do seem interesting, I wanted to know more but not enough to stick through the game. Slightly disappointing overall.

Game is good

Marketing has been trash

A lot of people just dont understand what they should expect from the game, and its designed in a way that you really dont have to fully learn the game to play it. But thats kinda amazing

The different difficulty levels are essentially entirely different games- the mode they start you off with is BABY MODE... but truth is you cant really "lose" the campaign.

You can play the campaign at your own pace, and it still provides time pressure at the same time. Its quite scary that it works.

Unit controls are very loose, and they fall off cliffs all the time, but I find it part of the challenge. I dont think people should ever expect a game like this to have tight unit controls, and still have semi autonomous units. You cant have both usually but there are a few tricks that you can use to get better unit control. Its actually in a weird halfway point where units sometimes ONLY do what you tell them too, and sometimes they just do their own thing. The problem is that each of the commands are different depending on how its used and placed... you just have to learn them I think

There really are a lot of different ways to play the game and it gives you the tools to do any of them. That alone is worth a try.

The game is *good* but its sorely lacking a proper tension curve. There is a constant time pressure to each run but this pressure has no variations asides from occasional "Blood Moons" which increase the difficulty of a night wave.

Also, weirdly, certain item recopies are locked behind not a regular metaprogression but uses a metaprogression currency to unlock in a timed and randomized store similar to the one in fortnite.

you cant pay for these rather unnecessary items with a premium currency either which begs the question: Why?

There is also an issue with Bows in the game, and the range attacks of all things in the game. You can only point your weapons in a certain direction and hope that it shoots where you want it to. I am not entirely certain about the actual system in place to where hits are registered but although you can dodge projectiles, they sometimes also hit despite the visuals.

There also seems to be an auto targeting lock when you shoot the bow that does not activate when you activate the "piercing arrows" blessing, making it impossible to shoot things at lower elevations

There is a rudimentary building system that also does not seem to have any place in the game, as the time pressure therefore opportunity cost and inability to build anything substantial for defense makes building redundant in regular gameplay, even with the specialized "Sentinel" class that is meant to focus on this system.

All these things are small in the grand scheme of the enjoy-ability of the game, but the lack of a satisfying conclusion to a saga run or survival runs mean that the game feels extremely hollow even after the conclusion of the final boss.

I reckon a lot of the issues may stem from the fact that the game seems to value each player's freedom to do their own thing, and not want any of the players to need to work cooperatively in order to complete any objectives, only as more of an optional thing. As such, even though this game is a 10player coop game, it is also 99% a singleplayer PvE experience, which is a shame because the coop elements can be quite fun.

Game is incomplete, design wise and content wise. Wait for updates or sale

The game design is kind of vintage. its hard to describe, but theres a lot of old style gameplay design in this as opposed to DOOM 2016. But its damn good vintage fun
