15€ for nothing.

Sure it's neat but is in the end very limited flavour for only 1 nation. Having historical agitators doesn't really matter all that much other than being neat. It could make up for it by covering more countries than just France but it doesn't and while covering France it doesn't do well enough of a job to justify the pricetag. The update as a whole is good as agitators are a welcome addition to the game and the game has improved significantly since launch however the DLC itself does not live up to expectations.
