I do recommend this game, but be wary of the people you play with. Don't subject yourself to or try to correct the unironic Nazis in your squad. Much like Red Orchestra, some people feel comfortable in this game because they believe they can be racist/sexist/antisemitic/xenophobic/homophobic and get away with it.

Don't let them get away with bigoted trolling. Most public server admins are very respectful in this game, so please summon the admin if you can. If all else fails, play a different server.

I waited 10 years for this, and the moral cost of my butter addiction has finally come back to haunt me.

Yo give me my medals. I left a matchmaking session and my profile includes zero of my medals earned and none of the stats I played for. Good game but you gotta make the matchmaker worth it for me to continue playing.
