It took me 3 attempts to finally understand this game. If my memory serves me right, I played every Hitman game in an aggressive manner; the new trilogy isn't an exception because I couldn't find a motivation to play it in the right way. In Hitman 3's Dubai, you're guided by Lucas during the whole mission which actually showed me that the game is super fun and immersive if you follow the rule of not killing a single "non-target" who stands in your way.
In case you did't know, Hitman WOA = Hitman 1 + Hitman 2 + Hitman 3. Very convenient, highly recommended.

Pros:
+ Gameplay. Although the base mechanics don't change throughout the trilogy, the situations you find yourself in and ways of eliminating your targets do.
+ Graphics are descent for the most part so as the performance. Frames don't drop below 120 in 4K (3080TI, i7 12700).
+ Sound and music. Kudos to Niels Bye Nielsen for the amazing orchestral soundtrack.
+ Characters. They are all good but Agent 47 is charismatic as hell. David Bateson's voice is music to my ears.
+ Story. The only thing I don't like is that after cinematic cutscenes in Hitman 1, we got static (almost) pictures in Hitman 2 and cutscenes with in-game graphics/models and not very good facial animations in Hitman 3. I know there was a reason for that and IOI likely couldn't afford the same production level as when they made Hitman 1, but still, it's a shame.

Cons:
- Always online requirement. Even though you can play it in offline mode, if you do so, you won't be receiving profile upgrades. Yesterday, the game lost connection to the servers in the middle of a mission and loading a savegame took several minutes. In any case, this is unacceptable for a single player game.
- Crashes. For me, WOA crashed approximately every 2 hours.
