Sea Power is essentially a spiritual successor to Jane's Fleet Command, a game which I've long wished to get a modern make-over. While Sea Power is not quite finished - the dynamic campaign is one feature I quite look forward to, which is as far as I know supposed to be released in Q2 2025 - there is enough gameplay with scenarios, both from the devs and from the workshop, to last until the campaign comes.

If you're a big enough nerd to like 60s to 80s naval warfare, this is a must have. Not as deep and obscure as Command, just "surface level" enough for someone with a job to get into.

I'm pretty sure that this game has time dilation powers. I bought it, and immediately five hours went by.

This game features beautiful pixel art, a steep learning curve and good difficulty. I can only recommend it.

Even years later it remains a great game which still receives some updates. I'd wish for more though, which my only point of criticism.
