After trying and loving the free "you have to win the game", i was eager to try the seemely more robust sequel. I end up getting it a in a bundle and let sit on my library for a while. Finaly i got down to it this holiday and finally beat the game. What can I say, the game is amazing in its simplicity.

Basically, your only action is jump, but this don't stop the game from being fully realized on what it tries to do, giving you plenty of oppotunity to test you skill across different dugeons with some challenging section. However, the game has perfectly placed checkpoint before any section that requires to much skill, minimizing the frustation of dying hundreds and hundreds of times.

The game follows a blend between zelda aventure of link and metroidvania, where you traverse the world and visit town and dugeons, but are encourajed to explore then over and over every time you get a new power up. Even when felling lost, you can ask for tips on the nearby villages or even buy keys if didn't found the ones you needed.

The history is not very deep, but does some clever things with the narrative that will make the end put a satisfyinng smile on your face.

Took me less than 8 hours to beat (this generally translate to 4 hours for the average gamer), and while the tunes can get repetitve, some hit boxes are kinda weird and the artstyle can turn off some, i totally recomend if you are looking for a little good and charming game.
