@Steak Man I dunno Hercule can pull a buss but Kid Goku and Krillin were pushing those giant rocks that Even Roshi didnt think was possible back in DB Hercule Might of Been Around that Pamput guys level but I dont think he would even be able to handle King Chappa or Naam who could jump like 50 feet in the air for his aerial attack and I dont know if either of them used Ki but I dont think they did....so Id say they were the strongest Non Ki using Humans plus Monster Beast Giran was super tough not sure if Satan could beat him let alone break his bungee Gum so he was no where Near Roshis Level even in Early Dragon Ball Roshi was a planet/moonbuster remember although he did it with his Ki Kid Goku was almost as Tough as him AND Kid Goku didnt really use Ki at that time he could sort of use the Kamehameha wave but otherwise his strength was because "my grandpa trained my body to be like iron" During the End of Dragon Ball Goku learns to sense energy then by the final tournament Arc he displays Ki techniques
like the one Jacki Chun used to beat yamcha back in the first tournament by waving his hand and created a powerful force Goku uses that to beat Chi-Chi and Piccolo JR remarks "that technique hmmmm its seems some of his powers are similar to those of my own family tree" because Kami Taught him how to control his Ki like that...and later while preparing for the Saiyans Piccolo displays an insane level of Ki Control by lifting a pyramid while meditating he accidentally blows them up and creates an earthquake aswell similar to how SSJ3 caused natural disasters when Goku first used it Freeza actually did something Similar on namek using his energy to rock the planet and create wind and stuff and he couldnt even Sense Energy at all...but Im off track what I meant was Kid Goku and Jacki Chun were slugging it out and Goku had no real concept of Ki use or manipulation yet infact im not even sure if Krillin and Yamcha could until after Kamis Training Tien could he used it to Fly and harden his body and make extra arms and stuff but Krillin was running across the world making sand waves in the desert as a kid without any real use of Ki he was just tough and he got even stronger by doing farm work and stuff so Hercule should be as strong atleast but hes just not and speaking of Ox King and Yajirobe Im not sure if Hercule could beat either of Them and neither can fly or sense energy.....it all leads back to the saying....power levels are trash I mean Roshi cant fly but why? is he too stubborn or something...well Iv gone way off point now but basically its a cool thought but Hercule probably isnt even in the top 10 strongest people in Dragon Ball without Ki (not evne countrin the Z fighters) From General Silver and General Blue(who had a weird power but no real Ki) to Ninja Murasaki to Bora to all of Babas old fighters to King Chappa Yajirobe Arale King Piccolos Children Giran Bacterian probably most of the fighters in Krillins old Temple that old Martial Artist in Wikki? town near the area where that Gangster made a giant
Dome to protect everyone from Cell in DBZ Gohan meets the old man who was pretty tough....Atleast we can say Hercule is the only Earthling to have lived through the King Piccolo Saiyan Androids Cell and even Buu Saga everyone else was killed atleast once and had to be wished back if not from Buus human extinction attack from when he blew up the whole planet but Hercule survived even Goku and Vegeta have one death under their belt
