Faith restored in a triple A game giving me the triple A experience we deserve. Not only an S tier warhammer game but an S tier game in general, easily game of the year material.

One of the best modern RPGs ever created

Beautiful hidden gem.

Pros:
- Amazing Blade Runner inspired artstyle, some of the best I've seen. Absolutely love how the enemies are designed
- The seamless transitions from 2D Platfoming/Combat to 3D when in the city and certain rooms is mesmerizing
- Combat is a very clean with interesting combos on most of the weapons and well paced boss fights, never felt cheated by some cheesy mechanic
- The attention to detail in the open areas you can explore is great with many lines of dialogue throughout the city from the side quests you do to the average denizen.
- The story has plenty of good twists and build ups, some characters however were introduced and then later became somewhat irrelevant shortly after their initial appearance but regardless the world you are brought in is paired quite well with a compelling story
- The soundtrack is AMAZING

Cons:
- Some weapon combos do feel a bit unwieldy, especially the bladestaff and great sword
- Written dialogue frequently not matching what is being vocally spoken was somewhat confusing at points
- Loot in crates were frequently somewhat useless
- When defeated by a boss the game forces me to sometimes skip cutscenes multiple times just to get back to the boss fight which I found frustrating especially when I kept wiping to the same boss because I'm bad :')
- Wanted more clothing options! Lots of awesome outfits I saw NPCs wearing that I really wanted to have for myself

Conclusion:
If you want a beautifully crafted action game with a lot of attention to detail giving you about 12 hours of places to go and baddies to kill then I'd highly recommend it! And you would be helping an up and coming company make crafted with love games like this :)
