What can i say, there is never the best time to start Warframe. Anytime from now is good to join, if you got the time and interest to grind just go for it you will not disappoint. Since it's been a few years now, there are lots of forums and youtube videos where you can find useful information (e.g. how to max out damage on weapons you use/ how to earn plat). And in the end i want to say, if you like sci-fi ninja you will like it more.
