If there weren't a drop of fresh water or a breath of clean air, then life would be meaningless no matter how much money you've made.

Lola, you have impacted and blessed our lives with your wonderful presence you came to us from God, walked into our lives and from the first possible real meeting of my mother picking you up, us giving you a treat and saying that "now you have made a friend forever" and have given our lives joy and love. You have protected our yard, protected our dog (she in turn protected you), protected our other cat and more. You were a loving cat, the most loving cat a person could ever ask for. A cat that would never do harm to their owners or any other, you have set a strong example of a true pet and friend even unto strangers. I hope that when the time comes that we will be united again in the stars, the heavens, where ever the next life may take us. (Even I don't know what may be) And continue to fill our lives with the joy, the love, the warmth (especially in the lap!) that you have given each and every one of us. Lola I love you, you were the best. May God forever watch over you and keep you safe and warm full of love and joy til we may hopefully rejoin you, especially with Fiona. You were the best boy of a cat anyone could ever have dreamed of. I love you. I will miss the engine running purr you brought, the warmth you given us in our laps, the sunny days and even non sunny where we combed you, teased you with a twig up a gap in the picnic table and going after it. The way you licked my face and rubbed it with yours. The way you slept with Fiona (nearby at times). Again you have set a strong example of what a pet should be. The way you were a true outside cat that greeted us when we came home every day never doing potty inside the house or litter til your final two weeks or less came upon us. My hope is that this cancer that harmed you (intestinal lymphoma) will be rid of in the future so no other cat may face such a sad tragedy. Today you enter a place where we all wish to reunite with you and be with you once more. But even I don't know what will happen. In time if possible I would like you to meet and be with a family of my own if I am lucky enough. To love my wife, thy childern and they in turn love you all the more as we loved you. 3/7/19
