300 hours of entertainment for only $10, and I haven't even tried any of the many mods available. This might be the best money I've ever spent. This is a sandbox crafting game; I don't care AT ALL about building fancy structures/houses and STILL it has entertained me for this long. Because It's not just about building.

There's so much to do: different difficulty modes, building limited only to your imagination, NPC's to recruit, invasion challenges, multiplayer (optional; I don't care about that either), a world to cleanse of evil, rare items to find, bosses galore, pets to collect, increasingly useful armors to craft with unique effects, so many items you'll have tons of stuff you don't know what to do with, probably a million dye/hairstyle/vanity equipment combinations to give your character a unique look... you can restrict your playstyle to melee, ranged, magic or summon for a new experience... and this is just the stuff off the top of my head!

It starts out slow but that's part of what makes it great, because with each greater tool you craft, you mine/chop/progress faster. So each thing you craft/acquire is rewarding and has a palpable effect on the game. It keeps rewarding you so much that it's addicting. You're always searching for the next great thing. Happy hunting!
