This game is incredible, if you play it with a friend.

Played solo, 6/10 - it's a mid-tier RPG that focuses on survival mechanics more than many.

Played co-op, 10/10 - it's an excellent experience that is elevated beyond the sum of its parts.

This is the first game my non-gamer girlfriend regularly asked me to play with her once we got started - it feels like taking on a challenging world together and like real teamwork to handle.

This game has always deserved the Overwhelmingly Positive feedback it has received. Don't be fooled by my playtime, I originally owned this on console and purchased for steam later. It's one of the all-time greats of stealth games, with endless varieties of ways to approach each mission - from violent explosions to ghost runs.

Incredible game, one of my all-time favorites that I come back to again year after year. If you get tired of the base game, look into the Roguetech total overhaul mod on Nexus - it takes everything to 11 in a great way.

Excellent 4x fantasy that is well worth the time and cost - deep faction, lord, and map customization options.

10/10 ruined my life and I want more

Fun little colony management sim - but this time IN SPACE. Like a blend of rimworld and FTL. There's a lot of work to be done to bring this up to the standard set by those games, but the dev team is active and I'm hopeful that it will become a real standout in the genre over time. As of this writing, they are continuing to iterate and expand on both core systems and gameplay improvements.

One of the best strategy games I've ever played. An incredible blending of RTS and 4x mechanics.

A fantastic twist on the RTS strategy genre - with a greater focus on diplomacy and intrigue than normal. Strong recommendation, especially at its $35 shelf price.

It's not too often that a game comes around which offers multiplayer isometric co-op in an open world. The setting is wonderfully atmospheric and it's a lot of fun to romp around pulling real-time heists with your friends. No complaints.

That said, this is not a deep game - the loop is simple: Execute heist, upgrade equipment, pull another one. Rinse, repeat.

For my money, 100% recommendation, even at full price.

TLDR: I enjoyed about half as much playtime before moving on as I would expect from a $60 game - but that playtime was solidly enjoyable.

This game could have been great, if they had just gone one step deeper everywhere. It catches you and grabs you for a little while, but then doesn't have the depth or complexity to hold you. Solid recommendation for a week or so of evening fun, but it won't be your next Civ that you "just 5 more minutes" yourself out of a job with.

At this point they have stopped updating the game and there are no mods, so what you see is what you get. 100% recommendation to buy on sale.
