I LOVE THIS GAME, but Valve simply doesn't give a damn about it.

Too many bots on brazilian and US servers. To make matters worse, it's very difficult to kick these bots when they get in, and they get in every match. There's no point reporting the spinbotters' accounts, because Valve has said it doesn't do anything with reports.

Edit: I've heard the game's doing better now. But you should check out Uncle Dane's private bot-free servers.
