Well besides the occasional crash this game runs pretty well. I got a few hundred hours in it now and I can definitely say it looks a lot prettier with workshop mods. Gamepay is smooth, teams and maps are usually balanced besides some *SInjar* that will kill the server population in 2 minutes. Good for people that like both arcade shooters and tactical fps. There's always full servers you can get into and the community is generally nice.

As far as teamwork goes, it really depends on who's on your team. You don't really need teamwork for most maps but it definitely helps on some of the Push maps. Overall I would say that it was definitely worth my money and is one of my favorite games currently.
