Great fun! There is a lot of challenging puzzles, the worldbuilding continues. I am about 8 hours in and about 1/3 to halfway done, so you're definitly getting bang for your buck

Yes, yes and YES. I really really liked this game. Definitly recommend. I played it in many three to five hour sessions. It's that good and addicting. It has a nice amount of mechanics, i find it easy enough to play with the building mechanics. It has some humour and a great amount of charm (looking at you, my directors office full of kittens).

There's an occasional bug here and there. When i wanted to walk around the school in headmaster-mode, my charachter clipped through the floor. I regularly couldn't see the stats screen of pupils, but that usually dissapeared with a restart. Also some lag when you have more than 300 pupils, but that's very endgame, so not a dealbreaker to be honest.

Other reviews have given also good tips on what could be better with the game, like the problem with teacher policy, clipping, only two maps, annoying earthquake clean-up, but the game is a genuily good time and i love it. I think you might too.

This...is such a niche game, but it is MY NICHE, dammit! I love the stories of the Greek Gods, and i love musicals. And this game hit both spots. Amazing songs, amazing voice acting, strong story. The love for classic myths is hidden in every aspect of this game. I replayed it like four times, just to explore all the songs. If you like one of those two niches, you'll absolutly love this!

Normally don't post reviews, but i was pissed enough to do so.

First the positives: nice little bit of backstory. Theresa's a nice enough charachter and it has some good atmosphere building for Skalitz, but...

Negatives: It's SO LONG and you CAN'T GET BACK to the main story at your leisure. It also doesn't give a warning on this when you start the bloody thiong. "O it might be a bit long, Henry". I didn't expect 3-4 hours long!!! I have played the DLC longer than the main story. Which could be alright, if i could take breaks in between the missions to go back to Henry's story.

And most of the things you do in the DLC are irrlevant. Most charachters are dead in the timeline, and you don't particulary get to know them long enough to care. F.e. if you go do stuff with Bianca...well, you know she's going to die in the intro of the game. So emotionally you have little investment. You don't get to keep stuff, so materially it's also pointless.

This DLC might have been passably okay, boring and pointless quests aside, if you could stop and go back to Henry's story at your leisure. But you can't. You just finished the prologue and without getting warned proparly are stuck in a 4 hour DLC that's boring, pointless, repetitive at times,...

It would have been great later in the story, but to be able to access at right after the prologue, and without being able to skip it, is just bad design

If you love story, if you love language puzzles, if you love to dive down deep into the past and uncover the secrets of the galaxy, then BUY THIS GAME. It's so well written and designed. The puzzles are addicting, the story absorbing, the world is fascinating. Sailing through the galaxy is relaxing and beautiful to see. The music is on point. Just play it, it's addictingly great!
