Amazing game. Understandable why it was consider the best game of all time back in its day. The branching dialogue, stealth gameplay, the sheer amount of tools and ways you can navigate a level are fantastic.

Setting quick save and quick load hotkeys are a must for a first time play though. as well as changing other hotkeys.

For anyone who didn't get through the tutorial "What a shame"

Came for badge. Staying for the game. :)

Eyyy good movie...its free what else can i say.

Pros:
-Story, and charaters are great.
-Great worldbuilding.
-Fanatastic RPG elements (moral choices and level ups.)
-Get more ass than Commander Shepard :P

Cons:
-Dull, and Repetitive combat (feels buggy to.)
-Alchemy useless till late game.
-Sidequests are a chore.
-Environments look good but the characters look and move like they came from KOTOR (old game showing age.)

Verdict: 4/5 (Play for the Story)

An incredilby well done DOS style, dungeon RPG, with fantastic realtime movement/turnbased combat. Puzzles are fair (although some are frustratingly tough.) Replayability is pretty high with an awesome hardcore mode where you get to draw your own maps

A few gripes are the environments barely change (just the textures change), monsters feel very alike when you fight them (their toughness is bassed on how much hp they have), and leveling up stats is super simplifed (like fallout 3). but still great game

Wow... Just wow. This really blew me away. If you're a fan of "Odin's Sphere" or just Hack 'n' Slash games in general, you will probably enjoy this :) .

Fantastic 2d animation (very fluid and smooth.)
Fun, fastpaced combat.
Incredible voice-acting.
Well-thought-out, and interesting npc's.
Colorful, cute, character designs.
Beautiful evironments.
Immersively rich story.
Made me laugh.

Cons :(
Repetitive, grindy combat. (still fun)
Lack of combos.
Fetch quests. (not to terrible)
Boring crafting system.
No ability to personlize your characters look, skills, or level up stats. :(

Overall fantastic game, would love to see a sequel. 9/10

Short, sweet, and to the point. It's amazing that a game can be so short, and without words, yet still carry such heavy emotion through music and atmosphere.

If you like experiences like this, then I highly reccomend "Journey" on PS3

Great replacement for Diablo 3, if you:
A. Want more dungeon/loot crawling fun,
or
B. If you just didnt find diablo 3 satisfying (or just didnt buy it.)

+1's for:
Lots of Skill/Tech paths to choose from.
Microtrasactions dont hinder the gameplay, or fun :D
High replayabilty.
Ranging diffcuilties from casual easy to Dark Souls hard.

Alien Isolation is great! it mimic's the original movie flawlessly. Best Alien series game to date.
Game looks great,
Sounds straight from the movie,
And the original Alien movie actors voices can be heard from audio logs while exploring the station.

The actual Alien and its AI are really well done, BUT! I cant not stress how immersion breaking it is on normal and above difficulty (its HARD). If you play on the harder difficulties the alien will always know the general area where you are even if you move around silently. It was just weird to see it jump into a vent and run a million miles an hour to the other end of the ship and just reappear randomly and investigate the same area again even though I had'nt moved.

and UNFORTUNATLY since this is based on the original Alien movie. the alien will not be crawling on all fours or on the walls :(
