This game has potential, but as it stands right now, it's hard to recommend the game. The server issues won't be addressed in this review. It's of course a problem, and frustrating, but the devs are working on it. I don't know how much work goes into that process, so I can't comment on it. The game blew up in a big way, so those kinds of issues are to be expected.

Fall Guys is for sure the most money I've spent on a game, for the least amount of content. The game is incredibly inconsistent in it's physics. Sometimes you hit the jump button, and simply fall down, other times it works. the grabbing mechanic is basically useless, as it seems to only exist for the sole purpose of mildly trolling other players near the finish line. Even in game modes where you must grab an object, the grab only seems to work part of the time, so the objectives are hard to complete.

The team games are hard to enjoy as well. The teams will often have an unbalanced number of players, and even if the teams ARE balanced, the game modes aren't fun because the hit boxes and physics in the game are hard to overcome. The soccer balls seem to have a mind of their own, and the tail grabbing, again, only works about half the time. Being eliminated in a team mode feels punishing because, for the most part, you'll end up feeling like there's nothing you could have done to affect the outcome, as every team game mode follows the pattern of "if you start in the lead, you win."

The solo races are extremely fun, however, and if more race modes are added, I'll gladly pick the game up again. The game is charming, and that made me sympathetic to it for a time, but I find it very hard to look past the jarring lack of content this game offers. It's clear that the developers care about the game, and I'm always glad to see a small team create a big game like this.
That being said, however, I can't recommend Fall Guys at this time. I will gladly give it another go if the issues I presented are addressed and corrected.
I hope this review helps whoever ends up reading it!

Absolutely 100% reccommend. Got this game on sale for 3 bucks, but definitely would have paid full price! I've always wanted to play this game but never owned it as a kid. So playing through this was a childhood dream come true! The graphics are a bit dated, but that didnt hinder my experience one bit.
Pros:
-Soundtrack is your typical star wars music(which is already epic in the first place) mixed with perfect timing so you feel simply epic when you bust down a door and take down a bunch of enemies
-Squad commands are a new experience for me and i really loved the depth it added to the action
-dialogue made me chuckle sometimes. Great references for fans of the Star Wars franchise.
-winning fights felt more rewarding than any other game Ive played in recent memory
-Who wouldnt want to play as a Clone Commando Trooper? They're incredibly cool.

Cons:
-weapons feel underpowered compared to how they look in the movies and shows like Clone Wars or Rebels\
-Not a lot of weapon variety
- Not a lot of enemy variety
- Environments are slightly bland. given that this game came out more than 10 years from the time im writing this, this isnt a large con, but i felt myself getting slightly bored of seeing some of the same objects and textures over and over.
- Game took me around 7 or 8 hours to beat. So it's kind of short compared to many modern games.
- Despite how the entire game felt short, missions seem to drag on and i found myself doing many many things over and over again.

So yes, i have more cons than Pros, but trust me, the pros FAR outweigh the cons. It's still an excellent game that pulls you into right into the heart of the story and doesnt let you go. You genuinely feel like a clone trooper and that's just awesome, i dont care who you are. definitely a must buy for star wars fans and people that don't know much about star wars alike!

Owned this game forever and never really got the hang of it.
I always would start a new game, be moderately successful and then give up after the first thing went wrong.
Boy have I learned.

And that's the point!

Mount and Blade: Warband isn't about understanding everything right off the bat. It's about learning!
You learn from every success and failure, and each time you learn something new it draws you further in until you cant get enough.

Still not done with my latest playthrough, but my advice to anyone that may be on the fence about purchasing this game is: DO IT.
Warband is a definite must-have for your library and you will not be dissapointed by the scope, depth or quality of the choices it sets before you in the ever changing realm of Calradia.
