There might be something that I'm missing and this is of course just my own opinion but there is no fun for me in this game anymore.
Did two playtests back when the game was first on steam and was extreemly into it. Was super happy that the game was able to recover and make a come back to steam but the excitement that I once felt while playing is gone.

No more closing "BR like" zone that forced you to get into tight and tensed situations at the end hoping to get out of it with your precious loot.
I've played a little over 5 hours into this new version and have encoutered other players twice. No tension, no fear of the unknown, no listening for footsteps, no feeling like a boss when you managed to deafeat oponents or trick them, no good balance of PvPvE that created an ever changing experience each run.
I feel like I'm just aimlessely wandering big rooms killing a few skeletons or goblins for 10 minutes and then praying that in the remaining 5 I will maybe find a usable way out of the dungeon.

I get that some people are pretty happy with this version of the game but it takes all the fun and excitement out of the experience for me.
Cannot recommend in this current state.
