Skink is not portrayed as an educated man, not even a little. He has failed many grades (failing grade 6 three times, as explained in "Where In The ♥♥♥♥ Is Oscar Goldman?", because he was drunk most of the time) , and didn't pass grade 10 (until he resumed his schooling) ("The Bare Pimp Project"), which is a source of dismay for him. He constantly messes things up, fails to understand the simplest concepts, mispronounces or misunderstands words and phrases, has trouble expressing complex ideas and feelings, and loses his cool when any of these things happen. He likewise hates it when anyone appears to come off as smarter than him and responds angrily. As a person with only a stunted education, he has scarcely grown up beyond the age he was when he stopped having a formal education; he is the same person he was as a youth.

Santa's appearance is mostly extreme casual leaning toward slovenly at times, often wearing worn and torn clothing, mainly track pants or tearaways and loose fitting button up short sleeves with odd designs on them. The only part of his appearance that seems consistently preened is his elongated sideburns and stylized pompadour.
