fillå always completes any assignment on time and to a high standard. A pleasant, outgoing personality who always gets on well with others. fillå will always be noticed and popular in a group. When ideas are challenged by others, fillå listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. fillå enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act.
