Base CK3 is better than CK2 with dlcs. Sure, there aren't QUITE as many whacky nonsensical things that can go down, but the core systems are great and the RP is solid. Military and diplomatic things are much improved, intrigue is just as strong as ever, and the lifestyle systems really bring an individual ruler to life. 10/10, can't wait for more content/dlc in the future.
