Reminds me of older custom made maps on Warcraft 3 & StarCraft - but made with pixel style art and old NES music. Absolutely love it. The music slaps, the gameplay is a nice new take on a Tower Defense game - plenty of options and strategy to utilize and doesn't get dull. Worth every penny.

Fun game, you can see it has a lot of potential. As far as sim-building it hit all the right points. The art-style is beautiful as well. There is certainly a learning curve to it, and hopfully a better introduction is introduced in the future but over all it is a lot of fun and i'd recommend it.

For early-access, it's in a good state. This has a lot of potential. Do not purchase if you are expecting a jank-free game though, it needs a lot of polish and content still.
