150 days... I still miss you

I still wake up with things to tell you.

Our lives are written in disappearing ink. It is not impermanence that makes us suffer. What makes us suffer is wanting things to be permanent when they are not. R.I.P.

I've really struggled finding the right words for this, as it honestly just doesn't feel real.

Thank you for being a friend, a lover, and a friend again. You have seen me at my best and also at my worst and you still stuck around. For some reason, you stuck around...

I don't know how I got so lucky as to have known you like I did, but I never regretted a moment of it. Through the arguing, crying, and all-around bad times, I loved every minute of it. You have made me happier than anyone else in this world could and I am more than grateful for all of the time I spent with you.

I know you need to rest now, but I will promise you one thing... I will never stop talking about you. You will live on through memories and my words.

Thank you for everything you did, Samuel. You are missed to a great extent, may you rest oh-so peacefully.
